Collection for residential and commercial containers will be part of the real property tax assessment at the rates set forth above. Collection for addition pickups of 300 gallon containers as set forth above will be billed directly to the property owner quarterly. Fees for use of roll-off containers will be billed monthly to the property owner. Fees for demolition shall be billed directly to the property owner upon completion of the demolition project. Tire fees shall be collected at retail tire vendors within the county. All other fees will be collected at the county landfill.
