(A) Regular service. Collection of solid waste once weekly.
(B) Temporary service.
(1) Special service for a maximum of 120 days to accommodate construction and demolition projects and other short-term waste generation projects. This service is only available for selected projects and does not replace regular solid waste service for the premises.
(2) Solid waste regularly produced is not permitted in temporary containers. Said service must be approved in advance by the Board, and may be disapproved, approved, or approved subject to an additional fee as require by the Board .
(3) Approval will be in the discretion of the Board, depending on road accessibility, turnaround capability, and other factors that affect the efficiency of the collection system. In addition, the resident must assure that snow and other obstructions are cleared, such that efficient collection can be accomplished.
(C) Waste container service. The county shall provide a 300-gallon waste container for such service. Additional 300-gallon waste containers will be charged an additional fee as set by resolution of the Board.
(D) Dumpster service. Dumpster service will be provided when two waste containers are insufficient and a fee as set by resolution of the Board will be charged.
(E) Commercial service. Commercial solid waste collection service is mandatory, and a fee shall be charged for this service. Fees for commercial service customers shall be a base fee of $7 per month, which shall be assessed on property taxes, plus such additional fees as are determined by the Board, on a case by case basis. Any additional fees shall be based upon volume of garbage, frequency of pick up, accessibility of pick up, and other such factors which affect the efficiency of the collection pick up system.
