Residential solid waste collection service as provided by the county is mandatory for all residential premises and all residents or residential premises shall be charged a fee for this service. Fees for residential customers are not based on the amount of solid waste placed for disposal. The fee shall be set by resolution of the Board, but shall not exceed $8 per month per residential premises.
