No building, structure, permanently installed apparatus, or anything requiring a building permit, concentration of livestock, or chemical application not associated with the water source in question may be placed within 300 feet of any public underground culinary well nor within 500 feet of any public culinary spring.
The building permit checklist shall require verification that any proposed structure is not within the prohibited area of an underground culinary water source. PUBLIC shall be defined as serving more than two residences.
