§ 153.280  NONCONFORMING SIGNS.
   All signs in existence at the passage of the ordinance codified in this subchapter that do not comply with such ordinance may be maintained. However, if such signs are changed physically altered in size or location or illumination, then, such signs must conform to this subchapter.
