§ 153.231  FLOODPLAIN OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT (FOZD) BOUNDARIES.
   The FOZD shall consist of all Special Flood Hazard Areas identified on the most current Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) of Franklin County, Idaho prepared by the Federal Emergence Management Agency (FEMA). The Flood Insurance Study for Franklin County, dated March 18, 1991, and the accompanying FIRMs are adopted by reference as supplements to the Official Zoning Map of Franklin County.
