§ 153.210  PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the Airport Overlay Zoning District is to provide for the safety of aircraft pilots and passengers and protect a substantial investment of public funds by assuring that land development and construction activities within the Airport Overlay Zoning District are compatible with the safe and continued use of the airport serving Preston City Airport.
