§ 153.193  INDIVIDUAL WATER SUPPLIES.
Where reliance on individual water supplies is proposed, evidence shall be provided that an adequate quantity and quality of water is available for the proposed development. The required evidence may be in the form of documented experience with existing wells at geologically similar, neighboring sites or records of on-site well tests. If there is a reasonable question as to the availability of a sufficient water supply, the Commission may require that the developer provide a producing well before approval of the final plat. Recommendations and the findings of the Franklin County Groundwater Evaluation Study will be considered.
