§ 153.171 HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES.
   Any development that is, or that may reasonably be expected to be, subject to the reporting requirements of EPCRA (the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986) shall demonstrate continuing compliance with state and federal requirements for the storage and handling of hazardous substances.
