§ 153.141  CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT CRITERIA.
   (A)   Cluster development (also know as conservation subdivisions) will be encouraged in areas where prime agricultural land is involved and in sensitive areas where wetlands, wildlife habitat, floodplains, slopes, and hazards exist, with open space designated for sensitive areas.
   (B)   See Appendix B. -2/+2 (5).
