Minimum setback for all structures and associated grading (cut or fill) from surface waters, excluding irrigation canals and ditches, is 50 feet from ordinary high water mark or top of bank plus 35 feet, whichever is greater. Landscaping structures and walkways may be permitted within the 50-foot setback by review and approval of the Commission.
