§ 153.087 PUBLIC ENDANGERMENT.
   The enforcement procedure provided here may be accelerated when the Commission finds that public health and safety could be endangered by a violation. In such cases, the Commission shall ask the prosecuting attorney to take immediate action to end the danger to public health and safety.
