(A) This section establishes the “reasonable time” for deliberation on applications by the Commission required by Idaho Code § 67-6519.
(B) The Commission shall make a decision on any application for a permit within 45 days of the hearing, if a hearing is required by this chapter, or within 45 days of the meeting at which the complete application first appeared on the Commission’s agenda.
(C) Note that submission of an incomplete application requires no action by the Commission.
