Conditions may be imposed on the approval of any permit or variance, provided that those conditions are clearly designed to assure compliance with one or more specific requirements of this chapter, and that a list of all conditions imposed is provided to the developer with notification of the Commission’s or Board’s decision. That list shall specifically identify the provision of this chapter that the condition is designed to implement.
