§ 153.026 PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
    The Board shall appoint an Administrator, who shall perform the following duties:
   (A)   Assist members of the public in understanding the applicability and requirements of this chapter;
   (B)   Review applications for permits required by this chapter, accepting only complete applications;
   (C)   If directed by the Commission, shall also arrange for the professional review of applications for Class I, Class II and Class III permits;
   (D)   Issue certificates of compliance, based on site inspections, and enforce the provisions of development agreements;
   (E)   Investigate possible violations of this chapter;
   (F)   Properly account for all fees collected in the administration of this chapter and prepare monthly and annual reports of development activity in the county as requested by the Commission and/or Board; and
   (G)   Perform all other duties assigned by this chapter and assist the Commission in the execution of its duties.
