§ 153.007 CONFLICT WITH PRIVATE AGREEMENTS.
   This chapter does not nullify easements, covenants, deed restrictions, and similar private agreements; but where any such private agreement imposes standards that are less restrictive than those adopted here, this chapter shall apply.
