§ 31.001  FEE FOR DISTRAINT WARRANT.
   (A)   A fee of $10 shall be charged for every warrant of distraint issued by the County Treasurer.
   (B)   Administrative staff and agents of the county are hereby directed to take such actions as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
