Prior to approval of any subdivision whose parameters are within one-half mile of an existing ACO, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall give notice as required by law, and shall hold a hearing as required by law, to allow the owners of such ACOs an opportunity to be heard prior to the approval of said subdivision application.
