Upon completion of construction and prior to probationary acceptance, the Design Engineer shall submit “as constructed” road plans and shall certify that the roads have been designed and constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the county. The “as constructed” road plans shall also show the location and depth of all utility lines.
