§ 152.061 DESIGN PLANS.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the developer of every proposed subdivision to have prepared by the Design Engineer, a complete set of construction plans, including profiles, cross-section, specifications, and other supporting data, for all required public streets, utilities, and other facilities. Such construction plans shall be based on preliminary plans which have been approved with the preliminary plat. Construction plans are subject to approval by the responsible public agencies.
   (B)   All construction plans shall be prepared in accordance with any standards, specifications, or drawings adopted by the Commission:
      (1)   Earthwork quantities including excavation -borrow - which indicate mass balance or import to support the alignment;
      (2)   Sufficient cross-sections at major earthwork areas to assure that adequate slope easements are being granted. The county may, at its option, request additional cross-sections in areas of particular concern. The Design Engineer shall be responsible for providing said cross-sections;
      (3)   Drainage patterns and all culvert locations; and
      (4)   Road names and traffic control methods, including, but not necessarily limited to, stop signs, yield signs, warning signs, and the like.
