§ 152.056  DESIGN ENGINEER.
   (A)   The developer shall retain a Design Engineer. Said Design Engineer shall be a qualified Professional Engineer (P.E.) who is licensed in the State of Idaho.
   (B)   The Design Engineer shall be responsible for design, staking, and inspection of construction work as it progresses.
   (C)   The Design Engineer shall prepare all plans and certify that the same are true and accurate, and that all design standards are being complied with.
