The record of survey plat prepared for this type of subdivision will be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning and County Commissioners. The plat must be submitted to the County Recorder’s office 14 days before the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission in which the plat will be discussed. The plat will show certification and signature of the Commission verifying that the plat has been reviewed. After paying all fees, the plat will be recorded with the County Recorder’s office.
