§ 152.020  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MINOR SUBDIVISION. An original parcel or exempted parcel can be divided into a maximum of four parcels as long as the following requirements are met.
