The Board of County Commissioners shall appoint board members to the Vermin Abatement Board pursuant to Idaho Code § 39-2803 with five Board members, the initial Board members having the following terms:
(A) Two Board members: two-year terms;
(B) One Board member: three-year term; and
(C) Two Board members: four-year terms, with subsequent terms for each Board member to be four years.
