Any person, firm, or corporation operating a manufactured home park or manufactured home unit before the County Commissioners’ approval or violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
