§ 151.02 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide regulations for the establishment, construction, improvement, and alteration of private manufactured homes and manufactured home parks in the county, in order to promote, protect, and secure the public health, safety, and general welfare of its inhabitants.
