(A) The provisions of this subchapter are applicable, following each natural or human-made disaster, to all buildings and structures of all occupancies within the county, and within cities in the county who have signed letters of promulgation signifying their acceptance and participation in the Franklin County Emergency Operations Plan.
(B) This ordinance number, the name of the department conducting the inspection, its address and phone number, and the inspector’s I.D. number shall be permanently affixed to each placard.
(C) Once a placard has been attached to a building or structure, it is not to be removed, altered, or covered until done so by an authorized representative of the posting authority or upon written notification from the posting authority.
