§ 150.050  AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted by Idaho Code Title 40, Chapter 2. The purpose of this subchapter is to designate and lay out county roads within the county, and to establish an official map of the county road system.
