§ 150.039  REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Building permits will be acquired through the County Building Official.
   (B)   A waiver acknowledging that there will be no normal county services provided on “seasonal and minimal upkeep” roads must be signed and attached to the deed running with the land.
   (C)   Emergency services may be limited due to road conditions.
