(A) No person, firm, or corporation who has obtained a building permit on a “seasonal and minimal upkeep” road shall erect any gate, fence, or blockade that prohibits travel on said road.
(B) No person, firm, or corporation who has obtained a building permit on a “seasonal and minimal upkeep” road shall cause damage to said road beyond normal traffic wear and tear.
(C) No person, firm, or corporation who has obtained a building permit on a “seasonal and minimal upkeep” road shall cause damage to adjacent property owner’s fences, gates, or land while navigating said road.
