§ 150.015 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall here after erect or construct any new building, structure, or mobile home within the county without having first obtained a written building permit to do so from the County Building Inspector. No person, firm, or corporation shall here after remodel any existing building, structure, or mobile home, within the county, where the outside dimensions are changed, without having first obtained a written building permit to do so from the County Building Inspector.
   (B)   No person, firm, or corporation shall hereafter construct, build, alter, or establish any diversion works, or otherwise cause to be diverted any natural or other watercourse or drain into or upon any county road or county road right-of-way without first having obtained a written building permit to do so from the County Recorder’s office.
   (C)   No person, firm, or corporation shall hereafter construct, build, or establish any driveway or approach way to any county road right-of-way, without first having obtained a written building permit to do so from the County Recorder’s office.
   (D)   No person, firm, or corporation shall cut, trench, excavate, alter, or improve any county road right-of-way without first having obtained a written building permit to do so from the County Recorder’s office.
