(A) Agricultural buildings are exempt from the building codes adopted herein but shall remain subject to placement requirements established by zoning regulations.
(B) Industrial and commercial buildings, regarding which the owners certify, in advance, that they will create and fill five or more full-time positions within the succeeding 24 months, shall be exempt from the fees imposed by the International Building Codes, however the buildings shall remain subject to all other requirements hereof; further, such buildings shall remain subject to the requirements of purchasing a county building permit and paying a site inspection fee as required by Ord. 1984-3, 1995-1, 1995-2, and 1998-2.
