§ 110.38  INFERENCE AS TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE.
   The court shall, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be at liberty to infer that the alcoholic beverage in question is beer from the fact that witnesses describe it as beer, or by a name that is commonly applied to beer by a trade name or otherwise, or that it is labeled as beer.
