For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BEER. Any beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation of an infusion or decoction of barley, malt, and/or other ingredients in drinkable water.
LICENSED PREMISES. The place or building in which the sale of beer at retail is authorized under the provisions of Idaho Code Title 23, Chapter 10.
