Any person or entity desiring to transfer a county beer license or desiring to have said license transferred to him or her shall make application for said transfer to the county prior to conducting any business or sales under the beer license previously issued and shall obtain approval therefrom from the Board of County Commissioners. The person desiring said transfer of license shall pay a transfer fee to the county for said transfer in the sum of $25.
