(A) Any person or entity selling only bottled or canned beer, none of which is consumed on the premises where sold, shall pay a license fee to the county in the sum of $25.
(B) Any person or entity selling such bottled or canned beer which is consumed on the premises where sold shall pay a license fee to the county in the sum of $75.
