(A) The Commission shall elect a Chairperson and Secretary and may create and fill any other office that it may deem necessary.
(B) The Commission may establish subcommittees, advisory committees, or neighborhood groups to advise and assist in carrying out the responsibilities under this chapter. All such committees shall be advisory only and shall report to the Commission. All such committees shall be established for a specific term and shall be terminated at the end of said term, unless extended by the Commission.
(C) The Commission may appoint nonvoting ex officio advisors as may be deemed necessary.
