§ 91.41 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any automobile, motorcycle, truck, trailer, semitrailer, truck tractor and semitrailer combination, or other vehicle originally designed for operation on the roads of this state, or any other state, or used to transport persons or property and propelled by power other than muscular power, but MOTOR VEHICLE does not include bicycles. Small trailers, defined as less than 10,000 pounds, gross vehicle weight, used only for fanning, shall be exempt from this definition.
   PERSON. Any individual, firm, partnership, trust, corporation, association, or any group, organization, or combination acting as a unit, it includes any municipal corporation, county, or governmental agency of the state and federal government.
   SIGHT-OBSCURING. A fence, wall, or screen that is either solid, or has openings not to exceed 12 square inches in every square foot. Further, the sight-obscuring structure must be the height of six feet.
