§ 91.25 WASTE TIRE ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is hereby created in the dedicated fund of the county the waste tire account.
   (B)   Moneys in the account shall be administered by the County Commissioners and are hereby perpetually appropriated to carry out the provisions of this subchapter.
