§ 91.24  COUNTY APPROVED WASTE TIRE COLLECTION SITE.
   The county shall designate in its Operation Plan for Sanitary Landfill a waste tire collection site operated by the county, upon the premises of the county sanitary landfill, which is hereby designated as the authorized, approved, and permitted waste tire collection site, for which the county shall not be required to seek a waste tire collection site permit.
