The methods of waste tire use or disposal permitted by Idaho Code § 39-6503 and 39-6506 are not hereby prohibited; however, storage limitations set forth herein must be followed, and written approval by the Division of Environmental Quality of the state’s Department of Health and Welfare and the County Board of County Commissioners shall first be secured.
