§ 90.45 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The County Sheriff, Deputy Sheriffs, or the Sheriff’s designee may inspect any property suspected of harboring a wild, dangerous, or exotic animal.
   (B)   The enforcement agency for this subchapter will be the County Sheriff.
