§ 90.44 VIOLATIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following violations shall be misdemeanors:

   (A)   Keeping or harboring or maintaining a wild, dangerous, or exotic animal as defined herein;

   (B)   Providing food, shelter, or financial assistance for the keeping of a wild, dangerous, or exotic animal;

   (C)   Failing to provide the County Sheriff’s Department with any information concerning wild, dangerous, or exotic animals being kept in the county; and

   (D)   Harming or harassing a police dog or police horse.
