(A) Wild animals indigenous to Idaho and licensed by the state’s Department of Fish and Game at the time this subchapter becomes effective will not be considered violations of this subchapter.
(B) Future acquisitions, including by breeding, keeping, and harboring, of all such animals is prohibited.
