(A) A building permit is required for all new or expanded ACOs to assure effective regulation of ACOs that may have a significant impact on public facilities, environmental quality, or neighboring uses.
(B) The applicant shall file a properly completed application form, the required supporting materials, and the required application fee with the administrator at least 14 days before the Commission meeting when the application is to be reviewed.
(C) The Administrator shall place the application on the agenda of the next regular Commission meeting when the application is to be reviewed.
