§ 33.11  RECORDER OF DEEDS; G.I.S. FUND; FEE.
   Effective July 1, 2010, the fee of $10 shall be increased by $10 for a total charge of $20 for the filing of every instrument, paper or notice of record, and such fees collected shall be deposited into the Recorder’s G.I.S./Recording Fund No. 59 to be disbursed according to the law for advancement of the county-wide G.I.S. system.
