(A) The County Board hereby establishes the County Sheriff’s Department Cyber Crimes Fund, a local anti-crime fund, within the meaning of 20 ILCS 3910/7 in accordance with the Cyber Crimes Plan created by the County Sheriff.
(B) All monies contributed to said County Sheriff’s Department Cyber Crimes Fund shall be deposited by the County Treasurer in an account and shall only be distributed for services, compensation or equipment upon approval by the County Board after submission of a claim or by other procedure as approved by the County Board.
