§ 33.06  COURT SECURITY EXPENSES.
   (A)   The County Board elects to establish a court services fund for the purposes of defraying court security expenses incurred by the County Sheriff in providing court services, and the Circuit Clerk shall, upon receipt of written notice from the County Chairperson of County Board, together with a certified copy of the resolution from which the provisions of this resolution derive, for filing in his or her office, commence to collect court service fees at the rate of $25 for all cases.
   (B)   Said fees shall be in addition to all other fees and charges collected by the Circuit Clerk and assessed as costs and shall be remitted monthly by the Circuit Clerk to the County Treasurer, to be deposited in a special fund as part of the County General Fund for payment solely of costs incurred by the County Sheriff in providing court security.
   (C)   Said fund shall be audited by the county accountants and the County Board shall make expenditure from the fund in payment of court security expenses incurred by the County Sheriff in providing court services.
   (D)   The effective date of the resolution from which the provisions of this section derive is January 1, 2010.
