(A) The County Board shall have the authority to promulgate orders, rules and regulations, upon the advice of the Director of Emergency Management, for the purpose of emergency management and in times of disaster.
(B) The Emergency Management Agency shall execute and enforce such orders, rules and regulations as may be made by the Governor under the authority of the Act.
(C) The Emergency Management Agency shall have available for inspection at its office all orders, rules and regulations made by the Governor, or under the Governor’s authority, and which have been provided by the State Emergency Management Agency.
