§ 32.26  EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN.
   (A)   The Emergency Management Agency shall prepare and keep current an Emergency Operations Plan for its geographic boundaries. It shall be submitted to the IEMA for review and approval, in accordance with paragraph G of § 10 of the IEMA Act, 20 ILCS 3305/10(g).
   (B)   The Emergency Management Agency shall prepare and distribute to all appropriate officials in written form a clear and complete statement of the emergency responsibilities of all local departments and officials and of the disaster chain of command. This function will be addressed in the county’s Emergency Operations Plan.
